Member Service Representative/Credit Card Coordinator
Houston, TX (Full-Time) & Stephenville, TX (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated, detail orientated, and customer-focused MSR/Credit Card Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for providing exceptional member service through in person, phone, and electronic interactions, while also managing credit card-related operations, including card issuance, fraud prevention, disputes, and account maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet members and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking needs
- Open and maintain savings, checking, and certificate accounts
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and rates
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Assist with loan applications and related member tasks
- Manage credit card application processing, activation, and maintenance
- Handle member disputes and chargeback processes in compliance and regulations
- Work with vendors and processors to resolve technical or account issues.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
