Business Lending Credit Analyst

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to maximize credit quality and minimize risk for our organization by providing expert analysis and decisive lending recommendations. The Credit Analyst will maintain compliance, monitor lending procedures, maintain Credit Union's loan standards and governmental regulations. The job description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising of this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Credit Review Execution: Independently evaluate complex lending transactions, underwriting processes, and risk ratings to ensure structural integrity.

Engagement Leadership: Serve as Reviewer-in-Charge by managing engagements, guiding team members, and drafting comprehensive final reports.

Risk & Portfolio Monitoring: Analyze credit portfolios and commercial segments to identify risk trends, concentrations, and performance patterns.

Reporting & Follow-up: Document findings and collaborate with business leaders to communicate results and ensure remediation of identified issues.

Operational Support: Execute additional job-related duties as assigned to support department goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Five to ten years of similar or related experience
- (1) A Bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- Interpersonal Skills - Motivate and align leaders and stakeholders to achieve key business objectives, cultivate vital external relationships critical to the long-term success of the organization, deliver high-impact presentations to the Board of Directors, community leaders, and business executives.
- Knowledge in all aspects of lending including real estate, commercial, and consumer lending. Economics experience is a plus.
- Must be computer proficient in but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365, Windows, basic computer operations.
- Must have good communications skills, maintain professionalism and clean work area.
Member Service Representative/Credit Card Coordinator
Houston, TX (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated, detail orientated, and member-focused MSR/Credit Card Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for providing exceptional member service through in person, phone, and electronic interactions, while also managing credit card-related operations, including card issuance, fraud prevention, disputes, and account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking needs
- Open and maintain savings, checking, and certificate accounts
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and rates
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Assist with loan applications and related member tasks
- Manage credit card application processing, activation, and maintenance
- Handle member disputes and chargeback processes in compliance and regulations
- Work with vendors and processors to resolve technical or account issues.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience with being and MSR is a plus
Front Line Teller
Stephenville, TX (Part-time)
We are seeking a dedicated, detail oriented, and member-focused Teller to join our team. This role is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and friendly service while performing routine financial transactions and promoting credit union products and services that meet member needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Balance cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies
- Identify member needs and refer appropriate credit union products and services
- Maintain confidentiality of members and credit union information
- Support branch operations and assist team members as needed
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
